KTS Global was engaged as the project management team to execute the delivery of the Tuwaiq Oasis Project.

This project was located in a private resort in the Saudi Arabian desert.

The Project included:
– 30 X 100sqm Private Villas
– 14 X 40sqm Villas
– 300sqm Private Residence
– 1400sqm Majlis and dining area

The overall site was 396,000sqm

This project had a 94 day delivery timeline, on a desert plot which needed a 16km road cut into the site, with no available infrastructure.

VK Exhibitions & Decor Industry LLC was awarded the project to build 40 Chalets for the participants.

Each Chalet (15mLx30mL) comprised of a Reception Zone, Coats Hanger Room, Toilet Facilitys for Men and Women and a complete Hospilatility Area for the guest.

The project was spanned for 3 months and we not only catered for the Chalets but also finished works for the outdoor decking and complete ceiling for the corridor spaces.

VK Exhibitions & Décor Industry LLC was awarded as the preferred contractor for the Diriyah Season Work.

Together with Evolution, VK catered for more than 60% of the entire build for the whole show covering Joinery Fitout works to more than 60,000 Sqft of development.

A colorful play for the FNB Area was succefully build with all finishing.

VK provided for all backhand joinery support to Evolution with more than 150 of their team working toward the completion of the project with the given scheduled time.
