Pope Francis completed his landmark visit to the UAE on Tuesday. with an oprn-air Mass for 150,000 people, before returning to rome.

Watched by a global audience of religious leaders from Christianity. islam, judasim and other faiths, they unveiled a document calling for peace between nations, religions and races.

VK Exhibitions and Decor was given the task to coverup the football field and provide for seating arrangements to more than 150,000 for the world’s largest mass. A unique stage which had a large
cross flanked with the traditional Mashrabiya design pattern indicating blend with the Islanic Culture.

With just 16 days notice KTS was engaged to design and deliver the 42nd National Day Celebrations for the Royal family of Abu Dhabi.

In just over 2 weeks time we had refined the brief. Designed and planned the event and moved swiftly to the delivery phase.

With 10.000 public, VIP and Royal Family members in attendance the final show included 2.000 performers a 125m x 10m projection screen with live broadcast to national TV.

Whole of Zabeel Hall 3 and 4 were booked for the event which comporised of various zone for media Interaction, to live station with live feeds feature very high delegraties from different parts of the country.

Done Event trusted us with more than 60% of the entire scope to be built and fabricated to perfection and detail. In our 3 day build VK successfully completed 4 of the major big zone along with smaller areas to specified style and finishing.

Several bespoke, contemporary structures were designed to create a seamless and spectacular event space containing both public and very private areas – worthy of not only hosting Royal guests and global media, but also impressing one of the worlds‘ leading architects and guarding a model of one of the most incredible examples of modern architecture.

Special Olympics is the world’s largest humanitarian sporting event and a global movement which focuses on the empowerment of People of Determination with intellectual disabilities through the power of sport.

Over 7,000 athletes from over 170 countries came to compete in a series of sports, as well as a variety of initiatives and activities held across the seven Emirates.

VK Exhibitions was awarded to do the grand finale stage setup for the event.

HQWS were honoured to deliver a series of key events in Abu Dhabi on the occasion of the State Visit of the Chinese President Xi Jing Ping.

At Manarat Al Saadiyat a festival celebrating both Chinese and Emirati culture incorporated exhibition galleries, artists, live performances and a photographic exhibition.

A specially created performance at the Emirates Palace Auditorium celebrated the union of two cultures through music and dance. The programme included traditional Chinese and Arabic music, as well as exciting fusions of Chinese, Arabic and Western classical music.
