Tuwaiq Oasis Project

KTS Global was engaged as the project management team to execute the delivery of the Tuwaiq Oasis Project.

This project was located in a private resort in the Saudi Arabian desert.

The Project included:
– 30 X 100sqm Private Villas
– 14 X 40sqm Villas
– 300sqm Private Residence
– 1400sqm Majlis and dining area

The overall site was 396,000sqm

This project had a 94 day delivery timeline, on a desert plot which needed a 16km road cut into the site, with no available infrastructure.
